The X-Crew
Our crew is affectionately known as the X-Crew, and we pride ourselves on being Dedicated, Professional, Supportive, Compassionate and Inspirational.
The X-Crew team hold minimum qualifiacations and certifications including NDIS worker screening, Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR, Manual Handling NDIS Worker Orientation, Food Allergen Awareness, Assist with Medication, Infection Control, and Child Safe Environments. In addition, some team members hold higher-level qulifications and specialised training in Gastrostomy (PEG) Support, Gatheter Care, and CPI Safety Inventions (MAPA), ensuring the team is equipped to provide safe, professional, and high-quality support tailored to individual pariticipant needs.
Our staff are trained in managing behaviours of concern. Furthermore, we work closely with a range of specialists to implement support plans and provide the highest level of care possible in our NDIS day options program in Adelaide for our participants.
